We have put together a beautiful bike tour through the entire Amstelland Green Area. Hop on your bike and enjoy!
The bike tour is approximately 40 km long and takes you past all sorts of beautiful spots in our area. From the Diemerbos via the Gaasperzoom, De Hoge Dijk, the Ronde Hoep, along the Amstel, to the Middelpolder, Ouderkerkerplas, and Gaasperpark. The handy digital route booklet tells you the exact route. Moreover, it points out all kinds of interesting and historical facts along the way. That makes the bike tour extra fun to do!
Depending on your cycling speed and the number of times you stop to read the fun facts in the booklet, this route will easily take you 3.5 hours. Along the way, you will come across various places with pleasant terraces where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest.
The starting point is at Diemerbos Parking Lot in Diemen. Navigation: Muiderstraatweg 63. Parking is free!
PLEASE NOTE: You can only cycle this route during the ferry season, from April to the end of September.
