To be honest, we hadn't expected these hidden beauties. We traverse a lovely little woodland, get a breathtaking view of the surroundings from the steel lookout tower of Nuwendoorn Castle, only to discover the beautiful little church on a mound in Eenigenburg, hidden among the trees. We haven't enjoyed such an idyllic picnic spot in ages.
