The fresh sea breeze blows through your hair while you enjoy a beautiful, panoramic view during the walk. The route starts at the car park just above Noordburen. After a short while, you arrive in the small harbor town of Den Oever, which lies just before the Afsluitdijk. You can take a break at Restaurant Basalt. While enjoying a cup of coffee, you look out over the harbor. Lovely, isn't it? You walk back towards Noordburen via the peaceful polders. This route is ideally suited if you are looking for a quiet route by the sea.
